Allwood Design Means Quality

Allwood Design was founded in 2017 to meet the growing demands of the Kuwaiti market for high-quality, expertly produced woodwork in commercial and residential projects.

With over 25 years of experience creating wood products, the founder of Allwood Design, esteemed engineer Mohamed Ali Al-Mahmood, has now brought his vision full circle. It combines a lifetime of work and dedication to the industry. Allwood Design brought this expertise to life in the Allwood Design factory. All within the grounds of a high-tech 3,500 square meter factory. This one-of-a-kind facility produces all our major creations – and up to 80 doors a day.

1995Door Service Center (DSC), Kuwaiti arm of DORMA, established.
2005 Door Service Center opens a wood factory specializing in fire-rated wood doors.
2016 Wood and steel factories relocate to new, larger facilities with fully-upgraded machinery.
2017 Allwood Design becomes the first Häfele Studio Partner in the Middle East.
1995 DSC becomes the leading supplier of architectural hardware and Automatic Doors.
2009 Door Service Center opens its fire-rated steel door factory.
2017 Allwood Design was established as its own brand to meet local needs.
